Fausto’s family immigrated to New Jersey from the Aeolian Islands off the coast of Sicily, where aroma of fresh baked breads fills every home, where quality ingredients and simple recipes are the driving philosophy to good and healthy eating.
Fausto’s brought that philosophy to the Chicago suburbs when he saw the need for quality handcrafted breads. He believes that extended fermentation and hand shaping results in a superior taste and texture. Faustos does not use preservatives, and most loafs emerges from brick ovens imported from Italy.
Fausto’s Bakery is growing, as it continues to develop new products to satisfy the customers who values simple, healthy, high quality baked
